What type of smoker are you?
At Fairhaven Hypnotherapy, we offer two non-smoking programs because it is our experience that a “one size fits all” or a “single session does it” approach does not provide the effectiveness or thoroughness that a customized program does.

Are you a social smoker? Someone who only smokes with friends or barely smokes a pack a week. Then you are a candidate for the Accelerated Stop Smoking Program. This programs requires 2 sessions to quit.

Soon after we started our sessions, tragedy stuck with his close friend committing suicide and he started to increase his daily intake of cigarettes. This was not surprising for emotional smokers typically need 4-6 sessions to neutralize the root cause of their smoking. Smoking is simply a form of “medication” trying to make us feel better Shortly after the funeral, Brian had his first insight based session and his life forever changed. He stopped smoking immediately after for good and has never looked back.
When he came back into my office he looked like a new man, his smile lit up the room. As an extra bonus his alcohol intake was connected to the same beliefs/pains as his smoking so that transformed as well!

Strange question I know since you are still smoking but all your other attempts to quit failed because you were an EXsmoker. When EXsmokers quit smoking it can be a real struggle.
